Questions
What people ask before they order
The short version: the photograph is sealed inside a real ball and viewed through a built-in eyepiece — it is not printed on the outside like every other keepsake on the market.
- Is the photograph printed on the ball?
- No. The photograph is sealed inside the ball and viewed through a built-in eyepiece. Every competitor prints the picture on the outside surface, where it can scuff, peel and fade. Putting the photo inside is Showball's patented design — nobody else makes it.
- Is it a real ball?
- Yes. Full-size regulation balls, plus mini versions of most products. The ball is the product, not a resin display replica.
- What photo do I need to send?
- A phone photo is usually fine. Minimum {{MIN_IMAGE_RESOLUTION}}. Email it to {{SALES_EMAIL}} with the sport, quantity and the date you need it.
- How long does it take?
- Proofs come back in {{PROOF_TURNAROUND}} after we receive artwork, and production runs {{LEAD_TIME}} after you approve the proof. Rush service: {{RUSH_POLICY}}.
- What does it cost?
- Consumer pricing runs $34–$89 depending on the product and size. Team, school and dealer orders of 10+ units move onto published volume tiers.
- Do you accept purchase orders and Net-30?
- Yes — purchase orders from schools, districts and municipalities, and Net-30 on approved credit. Full terms are published on the pricing page.
- Can every athlete get a different photo?
- Yes. Team orders can run one shared team photo or an individual photograph per athlete. Say which in the quote request.
- Where are they made?
- In Austell, Georgia. Showball has manufactured sportography here for 34 years.
