The patented process
The photograph is sealed inside the ball
Every other keepsake prints the picture on the outside of the ball. Showball puts it inside the shell and gives you a built-in eyepiece to look through. That is the patent, and this is how one gets made.
Step 1
You send the photograph
A phone photo usually works. Minimum {{MIN_IMAGE_RESOLUTION}}. Email it to {{SALES_EMAIL}} with the sport, the quantity and the date you need it.
Step 2
We crop it to the eyepiece view
The image is prepared for the interior viewing window so the subject reads clearly at eye distance. You get a proof back in {{PROOF_TURNAROUND}}.
Step 3
The photo goes inside the shell
In our Austell plant, the prepared image is mounted and sealed inside a real, full-size ball. Nothing is printed on the exterior surface.
Step 4
The eyepiece is set and the ball is finished
The built-in eyepiece is fitted, the ball is inspected, and the piece ships. Production runs {{LEAD_TIME}} after proof approval.
