What you are actually buying
A real baseball — the kind that gets thrown, not a resin replica. Inside it is the photograph you send us: the swing, the senior night portrait, the dugout huddle, the last game a coach ever managed. You hold the ball up, look into the eyepiece, and the picture is there, lit and enclosed, the way a moment feels when you actually remember it.
That is the whole reason the patent exists. A printed ball is a printed ball. A Showball has to be picked up and looked into, and that act is what people remember about receiving one. High school programs order them for senior night and region titles; families order a single one for a signing day, a first varsity start, or a grandfather who kept score in the stands for twenty years.
The leather cover and raised seams are unchanged, so the ball still reads as equipment rather than merchandise on a shelf. Nothing on the outside can scuff off, because nothing on the outside is carrying the image.
Sending your photo
- 1. Send the image. A phone photo is usually fine — minimum {{MIN_IMAGE_RESOLUTION}}. Email it to {{SALES_EMAIL}}.
- 2. Approve the proof. We crop to the round eyepiece view and send a proof back in {{PROOF_TURNAROUND}}.
- 3. We build it. Production runs {{LEAD_TIME}} after proof approval, in our Austell plant.
